Ash Bhalgat is a veteran of networking industry with 17 years of experience in building and marketing fast revenue growth networking industry products. At Cisco, Ash was a lead engineer for Cisco 3800 series Integrated Service Router (ISR) which is a $2B revenue run rate product. Ash also led a portfolio of Cisco’s enterprise wi-fi management products and grew this business quickly to $40M revenue. At Polycom, Ash was responsible for building a brand new Lync UCC end point business in partnership with Microsoft and grew this business to $50M revenue quickly. In between Polycom and Luxoft, Ash founded and raised seed capital for a mobile computing start-up Hapoose, launched MVP at the VentureBeat DEMO conference and featured this venture in the Wall Street Journal. Ash is currently head of telecom products at Luxoft and is responsible for product strategy, go-to-market partnerships and business development. Ash is an active member of Open Networking Foundation (ONF) and is frequently featured in ONF blogs and press releases. He actively participates in ONF’s marketing and testing working groups and recently received ONF’s outstanding contribution award.
